A NEW SYSTEM TO FACILITATE SUSTAINABLE CONCRETE PRODUCTION
The CLR-S system has the ability to measure the contamination level and density in real-time, allowing 100% usage of the grey water and helps prepare the grey-fresh water mixture as defined in EN 1008, where the quality of water to be used in concrete recycling is defined.

One of the biggest problems faced by the batching plants, is the problems arising from disposal and non-utilisation of grey water.
At this point, the only system in the World that can determine the density of the grey water in real-time and feed it back to the system is CLR-S.

One of the most important issues in production processes where liquid-solid mixtures combine to form the product, is that the solid particles are not homogeneously distributed.
The floating solid particles affect the quality of the product. Instantaneous quality checks are not effective. During quality control stage, problems such as sedimentation of the floating solid particles or the sample not representing the production may be observed.
The LCA, however, is able to measure liquid density during flow. Contrary to other methods, it can check flowing liquids without the need of sampling and send warnings in cases where density differences may cause quality problems.
As the LCA is able to measure behind ceramic or glass surfaces, it is possible to use it in food and beverage industries. The light technology creates to hazardous effect and can be integrated into plant software as needed.
Compared to other methods, the strongest point of the LCA is its measurement speed of 1:10000.
It provides special system solutions for each individual customer via modifications made on its processor.
